Davina joined Eastbridge in 2010 and became Co-Managing Partner in January of 2015. Davina plays an active role in formulating DTH’s long-term strategy and strategic partnerships, as well as serving on the Board of Director of DTH Partners. Prior to becoming a Managing Partner at Eastbridge, Davina was appointed Chairwoman of Eastbridge in August 2013 where she led the group's strategy and partnering efforts. During her years at Eastbridge, she has worked in various Eastbridge divisions analyzing investment opportunities, operations, and divestments. In parallel, she was a founder and managing partner at Medbridge, an early stage investment vehicle that invests in healthcare companies. Davina previously served on the Board of Directors of Immobel and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ageas Insurance. Prior to Eastbridge, Davina worked at McKinsey and Company with a primary focus on pharmaceutical companies and hospitals across Europe.
She graduated Suma Cum Laude from the ULB Erasmus medical school with a M.D., where she was granted the Pfizer honorific prize for her research thesis.
Daniel Haimovic serves as the CEO and Co-Managing Partner of Eastbridge. Prior to Eastbridge Daniel was CFO of Marval Biosciences. Previously, he was Senior Director of Life Sciences & New Markets at Alexandria Real Estate Equities. At Alexandria, Daniel was a member of the East Coast and European venture capital efforts, explored new markets for possible expansion and developed collaborations with leading pharmaceutical firms. Before Alexandria, Daniel co-founded DiscoveryOrtho Partners. At DiscoveryOrtho, Daniel helped form three companies focused on medical device technologies.
He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an AB in Biology from Harvard College.
Nathan serves in a variety of capacities having led projects for the DTH platform since 2012, as well as serving on the Board of Directors of DTH Partners.
Nathan graduated from New York University, with a degree in Economics and holds an MFA from Glasgow University.
Jason Beren serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Eastbridge Group, the majority owner and managing member of DTH Capital. He plays an active role at DTH primarily focused on financing activity, investments, dispositions, and strategy, as well as serving on the Board of Directors of DTH Partners.
He has worked in the real estate and leverage finance sector in New York since 2005. Previously he worked at Deutsche Bank on Wall St for nine years, serving as Director in the Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions division. He was responsible for advising REITS, private real estate investment funds, international hotel operators and multinational corporations on mitigating market risk of financing strategies and implementing structured financial solutions. Through his career, he has lead the structuring and execution of over $10 bln of financial contracts in the real estate sector.
Jason graduated from Harvard College with an honors degree in Economics and served as captain of the varsity tennis team.
Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel
Mr. Culot oversees all operational and legal matters of DTH, including property management, residential leasing, contract negotiation, compliance, administration, and human resources. Mr. Culot is also responsible for the reporting of the conduct of the business to AG Real Estate, subsidiary of Belgian insurance group AG Insurance and 33% member of DTH Partners LLC.
Before joining DTH, Mr. Culot was a corporate and M&A lawyer with the Brussels and New York branches of international ‘magic circle’ firm Linklaters. As a senior associate, he advised domestic and international public and private companies in a broad range of complex and cross-border transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other general corporate matters. Former clients include financial institutions, major energy and utilities companies, real estate companies and prominent industrials. He also regularly advised banks and insurance companies on their regulatory capital transactions.
Mr. Culot holds a Masters of Laws degree (LL.M) from NYU, a finance degree from Solvay Business School in Brussels and a J.D and M.A. in philosophy from the UCL (Belgium). Mr. Culot is a member of the New York bar. He is fluent in English and French.
Director of Asset Management
Lissete Sevilla serves as the Director of Asset Management for DTH Capital. Her primary responsibilities include the administration and operation of property management and leasing to maximize the performance and value of the DTH portfolio. Lissete’s experience in the New York real estate market includes residential and commercial operations, condo conversions, sales, and leasing.
Prior to joining DTH, Lissete began her real estate career in 2005 with a focus on sales and leasing and quickly transitioned into a management role with the Feil Organization where she managed some of the most historic residential and commercial buildings in NYC, The Apthorp and The Fred French Building. Lissete then became the Operations Manager for the NYC portfolio for Crescent Heights, a nation-wide developer, where she single-handedly handled all operations for the portfolio while building the management and leasing teams.
lamartiniere N. Auguste
As Senior Controller of DTH Capital, Lamar is responsible for leading the finance, accounting & tax functions associated with the Company’s real estate activities.
Lamar has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with more than half the time concentrated in Real Estate. Prior to joining DTH Capital, Lamar was a Director with AIG Global Real Estate and led the finance & accounting function of a group of private equity funds invested in a mixed-use $1.5Bn commercial real estate project development in Seoul, South Korea (“IFC Seoul”). Within the role, he additionally served as Board Director of a group of Luxembourg holding companies and was fully responsible for the management operations of those entities. Lamar also served as a Consultant with Clarion Partners, providing advisory services to the Real Estate Manager’s flagship REIT and other investment vehicles. Earlier in his career, Lamar was an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he led financial audits of Hedge Fund and Private Equity Fund clients with assets ranging $25.0MM to $6.0Bn.
Lamar holds an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Management at Rutgers University with concentrations in Finance & Professional Accounting and a B.A. from Rutgers College in Economics. Lamar is a licensed Certified Public Accountant within the State of New York and is fluent in Spanish.
Capital Projects manager
Joseph completed the 221 apartment unit conversion of 20 Exchange place in July of 2015. He is responsible for managing and overseeing the completion of New York City mandated façade repair work, land lord fit outs required of new commercial tenants, and various capital projects across the portfolio which are required to attain permanent certificates of occupancy.
Prior to joining DTH Capital in August 2013, Mr. Alexander was a Vice President with Signature Group Investments where he was focused on sourcing and evaluating real estate opportunities across the United States.
Previously, Mr. Alexander worked as an architect and project manager for Pei Cobb Freed and Partners, SHoP Architects, and APP Development. During his tenure as an architect he worked on the Goldman Sachs headquarters in lower Manhattan, the Nascar Hall of Fame museum in Charlotte North Carolina, and a 300 unit mixed-use condo development on West 30th Street.
Mr. Alexander holds a Masters of Real Estate Development degree from Columbia University and a Bachelors or Architecture degree from the Rhode Island School of Design.
CHIEF Development OFFICER
Mr. Ramos serves as the Chief Development Officer for DTH Capital. His primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing the development and construction of present and potential DTH assets. He is also the founder and Managing Principal of Conversion Consultant Services, LLC and Builders Services, LLC.
Since 2000, Mr. Ramos has specialized in the residential redevelopment of lower Manhattan and Brooklyn, converting commercial buildings into thousands of new apartments and amenity spaces. He has consulted on acquisitions, design and planning, budget and schedule during the pre-construction process and participated in executing some of the largest and most complex conversion projects in the city including but not limited to all of the DTH projects - the 67 story former AIG building at 70 Pine Street, the 57 story tower at 20 Exchange Place, the 37 story 63 Wall St, which won a national award for historic preservation, and the 25 story 67 Wall St.
Prior to that, he was an Executive Director in the Department of Citywide Administrative Services for the City of New York, where he worked for 19 years on all aspects of Commercial Projects.
He graduated from Pratt Institute School of Architecture and he is also a Licensed Architect in New York State.
Harden Chen is the Property Analyst for DTH Capital. His responsibilities include property-level accounting, investor and third-party financial reporting, and tax compliance across all DTH entities.
Prior to joining DTH, Harden worked in the New York office of Novogradac & Company LLP as a supervisor in the tax and audit department. He provided services to multifamily housing, construction, and renewable energy clients. He specialized in GAAP financial statement auditing, partnership taxation, tax credit consulting, and transaction modeling.
Harden graduated from the NYU Stern School of Business with an M.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance. He is licensed in New York as a Certified Public Accountant.

Jozef De Mey
Jozef De Mey was born in 1943 and is a Belgian national. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Gent and graduated as Actuary at the University of Louvain. He started his career in 1967 at the Insurance Control Authorities of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
From 1969 until 1971 he worked at Kredietbank Belgium. In 1971, he joined John Hancock, a financial services provider, where he held various positions until he joined Fortis in 1990. At Fortis, Jozef De Mey served as general manager of Fortis International, CEO of Fortis AG, and was appointed member of the ExCo in September 2000, where he was responsible for the Belgian and international insurance activities.
In 2007, he was appointed Chief Investment Officer within the ExCo. Jozef De Mey retired from Fortis in December 2007. He continued to hold a number of non-executive Board memberships in Fortis operating companies. In February 2009, he became non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fortis.
A graduate of Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (1973) and the Paris Institut d’Etudes Politiques (1975) with a Phd in Tax law (1977), Michel Chambaud started his career as a strategic consultant at Arthur D. Little and held different finance teaching positions in french business schools until 1978. From then until 1982, he was a consultant for African development banks under contract with the World Bank, and he concurrently founded Surf System (sport press group). In 1982, he joined the Schlumberger Group, where he was Chief Financial Officer in France, the United States and then Japan.
Since 1987, Michel Chambaud has contributed to the development of the Pargesa-GBL group, a leading European listed holding controlled by the Frère (Belgium) and Desmarais (Canada) families. Michel Chambaud held management positions in the holding companies together with board positions or alternately operational responsibilities in the affiliates; until 1996 he was Managing Director in charge of investments at Parfinance (Holding company listed in France), from 1996 to 2003 he was a member of the Management Board of Imerys and until 2014 he was Managing Director in charge of investments of GBL. During his career Michel Chambaud initiated most acquisitions and disposals made by Pargesa-GBL including Schneider, CFAO, Delmas Vieljeux, Strafor-Facom (Parfinance) or Bertlesman, GDF-Suez and Suez Environnement (GBL). The most recent acquisitions he performed include Lafarge, Pernod Ricard, or SGS.

Hans De Cuyper
Chief Executive Officer – AG Insurance
Hans De Cuyper holds a Master Degree in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Leuven (1993) and an Executive MBA in Financial Services from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School (2004).
Hans joined Ageas group in 2004 as Director Insurance Management Asia in Hong Kong. In 2007, he moved to Malaysia as Chief Financial Officer in Etiqa Insurance & Takaful, the joint venture between Maybank and Ageas. From 2011 till 2013, he was member of the Executive Committee of Maybank, the leading Malaysian bank, and Chief Executive Officer for Etiqa. From September 2013 until September 2015, Hans held the position of Chief Financial Officer of AG Insurance, Ageas’s Belgian subsidiary.
As from 1 October, 2015, Hans is Chief Executive Officer of AG Insurance and consequently CEO of the segment ‘Belgium’ within the group.
Mr. Serge Fautré serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AG Real Estate SA. From March 2002 to 2012, Mr. Fautré served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Cofinimmo S.A. He served as the Finance Director of the Internet Business Unit and Director of the Treasury and Finance Group at Belgacom. From 1994 to 1999, he served as the Head of the Investment Banking Department at JP Morgan, and from 1992 to 1994 of the Corporate Finance Department in the Glaverbel Group. Prior to that, Mr. Fautré worked at Citibank, first in Brussels, with responsibility for all transactions relating to financial engineering and capital markets, and then in London. He began his professional career in New York at J. Henri Schroder Bank and Trust Company. He serves as Chairman of Interparking SA and Interparking Nederland B.V. and served as its Vice-Chairman. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Ascencio since June 14, 2012. Mr. Fautré holds a Master of Business Administration (Chicago 1983) and graduated in Economics (UCL 1982).
Ambassador (Rtd). Howard W. Gutman is the Managing Director of The Gutman Group, an international consulting and advisory practice focusing on energy, finance, trade, infrastructure, real estate, market access, and related strategic foreign policy issues. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Exmar, a leading independent LNG and LPG Carrier Owner and Operator and a provider of industrial marine and energy logistical solutions for transport, regasification and liquefaction within the oil and gas industry, with offices in Europe and America. Howard Gutman has become the Chair of SR2, a sophisticated hardware and software platform for commercial drones. He is on the Board of Advisors of several start-up companies in the technology and finance space. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and meetings, focusing among other topics on European-U.S. relationship, energy, trade and the changing patterns in the world.
Howard was nominated by President Barack Obama to be U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on July 24, 2009. He served as the U.S. Ambassador to Belgium until July 23, 2013, becoming the third longest serving U.S. ambassador to Belgium in over 100 years. Ambassador Gutman has been called “the most popular ambassador ever” by one Belgian newspaper and “The Ambassador Who Made Us Love America Again” by a leading Belgian magazine. As Secretary Clinton noted during her last visit to Brussels, during Ambassador Gutman’s tenure, the favorability rating for U.S. leadership in Belgium increased 600% and in 2012, Belgium finished first in the world with the highest increase in favorability towards U.S. Leadership.

Mr. Marc Van Begin, SPRL, serves as Chief Financial Officer of AG Real Estate SA. Mr. Van Begin served as the Chief Operating Officer of AG Real Estate SA and served as its Head of Finance. Mr. Van Begin serves as a Director of Interparking SA and Interparking Nederland B.V. He has been a Director of Immolouneuve since June 30, 2011.
